Dachau, WW2 Nazi concentration camp, Munich, Germany

Opened in 1933 by the Nazi regime to hold political prisoners and those against the regime, Dachau concentration camp was the prelude to more horrific camps that were to be built elsewhere. Patrick Zakhm visited the Dachau camp in 2012 and this is his account below.

"I avoid as much as possible preparing in advance or learn anything in advance about the place that I'll be visiting prior to visiting it, this is how i work. During one of my visits to Munich last year in 2012 i came by accident across a pamphlet at a tourist information desk about the Dachau concentration camp with some basic information on this site and so i decided to visit it. I headed there the next day, it's not far from Munich, about 15 kilometers away. Arriving there with no guidance where to go in first since it's huge i decided to start with the farthest building on the right after you cross the metal gate with the"work will set you free"inscription on. I entered this elongated white building and it was horrible what i felt in there. This building was white outside but inside it was hell(if not worse) to those that stayed in there. The emotional residues left behind inside in almost every corner was just pure torture, sufferings, pain and screams of agony, it was really disturbing. This is what made up the ambiance inside. Whatever that occurred in there is still in there. It was just beyond words the feelings inside and what people have went through at the hands of other people(?)I don't know if these can be called people or human beings because their acts onto others did not have any kind of humanity or any degree of pity to human life, they had just pure brutality and savagery beyond control and description. It is said that between 40000 and 50000 had died there either from torture, executed or starved to death. Some died from diseases and others from experiments but nobody really knows for sure the exact number of the dead. I red later on that that there was killings then cremations afterward. Like guards would trick prisoners to wait for some kinda of important papers somewhere say near one of the crematorium then when these prisoners are distracted they would be shot on the spot in the head then right away carried then thrown in one of the crematorium nearby and cremated. It is said that when the allies arrived they found thousands of bodies, some where still laying where they died others where compiled in mountains of dead bodies. Some allied soldiers lost control when they saw these horrific scenes and went and executed several Nazi guards on the spot. If you notice tricks were used everywhere to calm prisoners then kill them, from the beautiful location where this camp was built to what is written like we have have seen on the entrance gate"work will set you free"which isn't true, you come here to die that's what it is and that's why you are here."

"I started snapping pictures and bursts and taping with my camcorder while going through this thick ambiance of suffering that filled this place. Crossing the cells on the right and left, some were locked shut others had the doors half open some with small openings in the doors for peaking. Some cells had a lot of sufferings in them and pain others have milder degrees of the same things."

"I got out at the end of this building then got into another one near it. The ambiance was a bit different in this one then as you walk there's a cinema, the ambiance is neutral there. Right beside it are areas with a lot of pictures of the camp, prisoners and their guards. Then as i walked further i came into an area with a lot of sufferings, torture and pain in the air. These were residues from what occurred in there. And in there there was also ghost vibes. I continued taking pictures and taping my visit with a camcorder in infra red mode. After that i came across an area with a lot of ghost vibes. I tried making contact for a bit but got nothing, it was getting late and close to lock down this place so i got into the snow and headed back the way i came from."

"Later i discovered that the first building i came through was called the bunker it was a prison camp dedicated for interrogations, pure torture and killings. In the area where i felt some ghost vibes it seems that i have caught by accident the screams of somebody. As i watch and listen to the tape I'm surprised how i reacted, it's like i hear the screams but yet i don't remember hearing anything because i was concentrated on my cameras and taking pictures. I had a camcorder in one hand and a digital camera in the other, so my attention was on taking pictures then checking the shots as you can hear me clicking and checking the shots that i just took. It was very strange though how i reacted when the screams first began. When the screams began it feel (if you notice there's anger in the sound)as if the screamer was standing up or stood up to the person torturing him but that was in vein. Note that in the scream there seems to be some humming..like..mmmm..mmmmmm..This is not coming from the screamer(or is it?)but from a a speaker in a nearby room where a video of an ex-prisoner is playing out. And where this prisoner describes how he became just a number and how and where he wrote that number, on a piece of cloth. So during that video the speaker hums a bit which is what we can hear on the recording if you listen carefully. But then what if this humming is caused by the presence of the ghost/s himself because there's a lot of ghost vibes in this area? Another thing to think about is that in some cases ghosts EVP'S can ride/merge with something vibrating or humming in the physical world in the vicinity like the sound that a working fridge do and merge and get amplified by it. And so you end up with an EVP sound much higher then you would normally catch in a recording."

"The screams starts @ 00:47)then few seconds later you hear the hum part then screams after that. More investigations is needed there. The EVP video clip I'm talking about of that scream can be found down below, a little bit below the middle of the page."

"In the above picture and the one below it, the moment i stepped into this area i could feel a lot of pain and suffering coming from the area where we see the patch on the wall.I noticed later that right above that spot there's a pole in the wall sticking out. The most common tortures methods(from what i discovered later)used by the guards was pole hanging. , they would hang prisoners by the arms then beat them."

"Below is one of the cells that had standing cells, a lot of sufferings in the air in there"

"These shots below are taken in the nearby building next to the bunker and there are ghost vibes in there, meaning this place is haunted"

"Below is the video/evp of the screams that were caught in the prisoner's bath area(mentioned above). I take some pictures then i check them(as you can hear)then i adjust my digital cam's setting to take burst shots with flash then i start moving again. The screams starts @ 00:47 . Listen carefully, the first scream i turn and take off. No idea why i did this, i did not hear any screams. But then i come back and stood still there for a few seconds. Then large crowd of people moved in."

"But the most intense ghost vibes are located here below in that picture. And this is still in the nearby building but at the end of it, just when you are close to the exit door you'll come across this area first."
